That means a machine that's capable of producing an infinite amount of energy. The machine would require an infinite amount of energy to run. Not only that, but there isn't even an infinite amount of energy in the universe; there's a finite amount.

It is also interesting to note the amount of Computer technology the claimee has, showing how well his knowledge of computers is. I wouldn't be suprised if He had some special effects software somewhere on there.
