its a shame sato didnt have a lot of success in that car but you could see it wasnt very fast. at 1:21 it says hes done 290kmh-180mph. Most of the other cars in the field would be going a lot faster at that point

1 qualifying lap was in 2003 to 2005, one warm up lap i think was in 2003 or so? Not sure about the warm up lap, but in 2003 to 2004 they had 1 session in which you try 3 laps: Warm up, Flying lap, cool down lap. In 2005 there are 2 sessions: Saturday and sunday qualifying, which is also 3 laps each. The times from both sessions are added together and the driver with the least time gets pole position. Since the last driver to take to the track on saturday qualifying will get the best rubber on..

A fractured skull is not something you just shake off, he had massive head trauma. Massa will likely be out for the rest of the season. Schumacher has been looking for a way back into a car and now he has the opportunity, it has been confirmed that he will take the seat so long as he passes some health exams.

Fuji has no challenge. Just some slow corners, it's to wide. Suzuka is a very good example for a good F1 track. Narrow, fast and slow corners, difficult braking.

That's the sad truth about it. The USA can't contribute one human being into the F1. The F1 doesn't really welcome American drivers very well since maybe Mario Andretti some 30 years ago.

People keep saying that they want F1 back at Brands Hatch but I've driven there and the Barriers are way too close to the track for that kind of motorsport now. Brands Hatch would have to be completely redesigned to accomodate F1 but no one seems to think of that.
