@mello4eva the detox isn't just for fat people. It helps with all sorts of health problems, and I think Gina has severe arthritis and Lupus (I watched her homemade drinks videos and she commented - correct me, Gina, if I'm wrong -) so that's another reason for the detox.
@SinclairisCool on her first raw food recipe video I think.......also on her other detox blogs as well, she says the symptoms get a lot better after a detox..
