hi! well... actually the only way to put up a fanmade video of an artist without the risk of getting removed is to use audio from another artist. Normally videos are removed because of audio not the scenes of the video, so if you want your tribute not to be removed, use another artists's audio, cause some of them let you use the song and just put a little advertisemente in the video (like in this case) other labels just make the video to be removed.
