  • im srry no disrespect to your sensei, but from the looks of it you have no center of gravity, and you aretn striking fast or hard enough. besides the last few kicks. i do shoto kan and am a 1st Dan. you defintily have potential though

  • great video Russell. Is Roy still teaching? I got my 1st dan in 1989 with Roy and Sensei Louis Morris in Miramichi. Does Roy still have a club in Saint John?
