I have an Irish account (I'm not Irish thought) but the psn cards that are sold in my countrie are in pounds so I created another user and created a british account. so I'm asking if I downlaod LBP addons from the user with the british account can I then use the addons with my original user ( with the Irish account)

Yes, once repaired log into the same online account and go to ps store, at the top there is a small icon hover over it and it will say downloads, simply re download I think you can up to 5 times. Ps you must have already downloaded the water before...
