Its so nice to know somebody with no experience at all in auto repair will be in charge of handling claims and (adjusting) it. There is no need for adjustors, you need inspectors to look for fraud, when that has been determined then they simply need to pay the bill to the experienced, certified shop who does know about auto repair.
