i totally understand robin's side of the story... all patrick did was tell robin he did NOT want to be a dad when they were in a relationship.. in fact they broke up because of that (and his roving eyes...jerk) so it is believable that she doesn't trust him enough to step up when the baby is born.
but i love my scrubs so i'm glad they got past and and are now married :) except this PPD story where they are ruining my scrubs AGAIN!!! why can't they just be happy and enjoy their lil' family life?
I love them both...But, Robin is scared that one day Patrick is going to walk out on her and the baby one day. She has every right to be; he doesn't have the best track record at not bolting. I think its only fair that she has a moment to figure things out. Robin gave Patrick the chance to figure things out...he should give her the same space that was given to him.
Her mindset was like Anna's. And it was wrong of Anna not to tell Robert he had a child. She stole his choice. Robin has similar/different circumstances but I don't see how she can 'date' Patrick and not have a relationship with the child. It's hard to see how that is going to play out. This is purely her world.
I also here Guza speaking, about Liz/Sam. And his power to throw Lusam under the bus if he chooses. He wants Liz to have a man, but he realizes stripping Lucky from his skin to accept her constant love for Jason is borderline psychotic.
I think Robin is 'trying to be a mother'. She has no idea how her health will impact this baby.
I believe that Robin will not get to bond with her baby at birth. It appears that Patrick will be parent...this will be his time to shine.
Robin listen to what the man is saying NOW and not what he said in the PAST.

They just need to be together. Lol. I'm glad they are now.
I've noticed they always talk about overcompensating some way or another..
