In a recent World Health Organization study, they found out that the United States has the 27th best health care in terms of care. Compare that to the likes of France and Germany who were 1 and 2 and are gov. controlled health systems.

the problem is if you have "some" people not part of a plan... and they get sick or have an accident, EVERYONE has to pay for them! so that obviously won't work.

yes, removing the ability to "sue" will fix about 8% of the costs... and that way it would be up to the patient to check references... like it should be.
