How to Secure Wordpress With Website Defender

Does this Defender secure add-on domains too. I am new to web hosting and unsure about how to secure my wp sites at hostgator.

@digitalsketchguy Yes it will, however add on domains are not as secure as using a VPS (Virtual Private Server) serving environment in which each domain gets its own space and login username and password. Another benefit of a VPS is the fact that you can also purchase an SSL cerfificate should you want to secure your wp-admin sessions.
