I miss CLANA! smallville isnt as good since season 8 when they ended clark and lana's relationship. I know the story has to stick to the comics, but I don't think they had to rip them so tragically apart. I mean, death, or break up, or something, I could live with. But them both alive and well, still in love yet not able to have each other is the most cruel and torturous thing the writers could do. Plus it makes it look as though clark is only with Lois cuz he cant have Lana, his true love.

I liked them together in the beginning. Now, I really prefer him with Lois. They (Lois and Lana) are both so pretty. It's really low to hate Erica Durance and her character because she ends up with Clark in the end instead of Lana. I'm sure that whomever ended up playing the part of Lois would have received hate from Lana fans...

Erica actually doesn't look too old. In pictures, perhaps, but on video, she looks young. She's only a year younger than Tom.

Forget Human Kyrptonite!! Lois is 100 times sexier than Lana can even dream of being!! The chemistry between Clark and Lois (TW and ED) is just bar none the best...not to mention its history! Lois is the only gal for Clark...season 9 is Smallville's best season; no human kryptonite drama...just pure Clois at its best, and Clois at its best is AWESOME!!!

It's sad to see what happens in season 8 episode 14 when Lana absorbed green kryptonite and can never be near her. You know I thought in season 7 once Clark had told his secret to Lana then everything would work out. But I was wrong. When Lana said to clark in seaon7 episode 5 that she would like to hold on him and never let him go but that the world would one day need you and she didn't want hold him back. Then Lana realised that Clark has a greater destiny than just smallville. Lana represents the human side of clark kent and if he was human their relationship would work.

its obvious that clark will always love lana more than lois because he's said that lana reminds him of his mother, martha. i forget what episode, but its the episode when lana absorbs so much kryptonite that she can't come near him anymore. he says that he and her together reminds him of his mother and father. lois cant compare to that.

EXACTLY... it was in REQUIEM! no matter what they are trying and how DESPERATE they are to sell the CLark and lois, the CLANA relation was built SLOWLY and CAREFULLY, so many things they said and did that is IRREPLACEABLE and won't ever happen again, even if the show runners destroyed or tarnished the CLANA history, it is LEGENDARY and when ppl look at SV, they will remember the CLANA and the previous cast NOT, the current show!

ICAM Suuuuumaaa....SV will always = CLANA, no matter how the show eventually ends. These two characters are the core/heart of the show ans now a vital part of the Superman mythos. I love how thi show now has support from the comic book side....history has been re-written to include this vital part of Superman's history. I miss the original crew: The Kents, Pete, the Clex friendship, Chloe-Lana friendship and esp Clana...one can dream of of a different outcome, right?
