  • have you been on a tv show about anorexia?

  • You are beautiful. Inside and out. I hope one day you'll be able to see that for yourself.

  • Great vid post,

    you sound like you understand and know

    your self really well, hopefully you'll learn 2 accept the compliments and you'll instinctively be more affected by the many positive experiences in life and ignore the small bits of negativity ☻♥☺

  • Rachel, I really understand what you are saying because I live the same thing.

    Sorry I'm so late on watching this but I've been away from YT for a while.

  • It's a cute outfit!

    Dido=awesome!

    You=even more awesome!!!!

    Actually for the most part I don't deal with that much anymore body wise, a lot of swimming helped, just got used to it ! =) and yeah I'm not happy with it a lot of time...but compared to where I was, I know what size it is now.

    I really thank you for sharing your experience with this and your reflection, I do feel similarily but I just more hated who I was and who I saw in the mirror rather then anything specifically.

  • We are so similar!

    You will accept your body again. I do for the first time ever.

    Great Vlog

  • You covered this subject very well Rachel, body image is almost always distorted, when you have an eating disorder or BBD, the problem with anorexia, is the more starved and lower in weight you get, the more distorted your body image and thinking becomes.once when I was very sick, I could not see how thin I was, yet after just a few weeks refeeding, a light came on and I was so scared at how sick I looked

  • I think I can hear Dido singing in the background... I totally love her!

    Very good video also, I understood everything so well...

    Love you sweetheart!!!

    xoxo

  • aww great video!<3

  • i love watching your videos Rachel...you convey things in such a genuine and warm manner. You give me so much comfort even just watching you on youtube.

    Thank you

  • you are so brave rachel... and i admire you for speaking so honestly about this. i can relate to so much of what you said... xoxo

  • Interesting. I always figured that women at least have makeup and clothes styles, and could look any way they choose. Men are probably more concerned about their hair and body, and not the face. Plus men can be convinced that a made up woman is what she really looks like. The best part is that love is blind for either gender. Saves the day for me...haha.
