  • @ChubbaayyBunnaaysss Hi! I use Prosculpt polymer clay in baby shade. I use around half a block for my miniatures, and I apply the hair before I bake the clay. I hope this helps

  • @ChubbaayyBunnaaysss Yes, mohair

  • @madewithluvcreations Thank you :) He's actually a hand scupted miniature, reborns are of vinyl. Yes, he did take quite a few hours to sculpt.

sorry but i have one more question did you just put the magnet directly in its mouth before baking for the pacifier and what kind of magnet did you use

    did you use ?

  • @fluffypinkhippo No, I don't use magnets. The pacifier is held on by white, non toxic putty

  • hi again

sorry but i have one more question did you just put the magnet directly in its mouth before bakeing for the pasifiyer and what king of manet did you use

    did you use ?

  • @fluffypinkhippo Hi! I just used non-toxic tac

  • i have a question about the polymer clay i've sculpted before but with clay that you put in a cilm like pottery i've also played with fimo clay but i noticed that acter i heat the fimo the polymer clay is still spongy and can be nicked by fingernails or rough surfaces do you use a special clay or is this just what happens with polymer clay in general?

  • @venum2late 'With the fimo, did you follow the baking instructions on the package? It sounds like it is underbaked if it is still soft. Polymer clay when cured is hard, but it can be nicked at and scratched with a nail, but it shouldn't be soft when completely cooled.

The instructions for prosculpt are to bake it for 10-15 minutes per 1/4 inch of clay in an oven at 130 degrees celcius. And don't pre-heat your oven.

I use prosculpt for my sculpts, but fimo is similar clay. Good luck!

  • @SugarBabyCreations the fimo was hard when i finished backing ..i guess i just have to be careful with my sharp nails cause i always manage to graze/nick/scratch something that i've just finished. i love your work thank you for sharing

  • how did you put the hair on him he is sooooo cute and his hair looks so real

  • @fluffypinkhippo I hand apply the hair in tiny sections before the clay is baked
