I don't get why the most upvoted comment is about how the Runes and Items are considered bad. I do agree that the Runes choices are questionable (I normally go Magic Pen Reds, Mana Regen per Level Yellow, AP per Level Blues and Flat AP Quints), but I find majority of the item choices being fairly strong on Morgana (I do question Force of Nature and Frozen Heart, along with a lack of Void Staff being there).

@TheShooterok Wasn't aware the game took place in lane all match. Morgana is an aggressive mage so the extra health never hurt her. It is better than Rylai on her and being aggressive she really needs that extra health if shes going to go in face first to ult more than the enemy tank.

This is terrible, build a rod of ages after your deathcap/hourglass, and sorc boots are so much better than CDR boots, as for the runes you don't need any more spell vamp that's just overkill take AP per level runes and magic resist runes since you're most likely playing against ap mid aswell. Also why is there not a Void staff in this build? Magic Pen is critical if the opposing team is building against you.

@kaptenrobert Not really, the catalyst gives you enough survivability until you complete a deathcap or hourglass, it's better to have your damage from deathcap earlier than later.

@kaptenrobert Valid point, but morg has enough survivability without getting stacks it's better to face roll people early game when they have no resistances than have your spells do mediocre damage after RoA, Catalyst gives you the hp and mana needed to survive and the 180hp and 200mana wont make that much of a difference anyway.
