Another tip is to eat slower, if you eat a lot slower you get full, and my doctor said that if you drink more water than you eat you'll get less cravings.
My problem was undereating. On this plan I'm eating more than I ever have consistently. In fact, a couple of weekends ago I went snowboarding and didn't eat enough or drink enough. I gained weight over that weekend.
So since I'm eating more than normal, I'm not hungry, and if I do get hungry I'm not supposed to go without. I have another snack, write it down, and talk to my counselor about it at my next session.
Wow, I love the fact that you wear the same outfit everytime you take a pic. It makes it all the more authentic to watch and see the progress!
