  • Wow, I love the fact that you wear the same outfit everytime you take a pic. It makes it all the more authentic to watch and see the progress!

  • Another tip is to eat slower, if you eat a lot slower you get full, and my doctor said that if you drink more water than you eat you'll get less cravings.

  • My problem was undereating. On this plan I'm eating more than I ever have consistently. In fact, a couple of weekends ago I went snowboarding and didn't eat enough or drink enough. I gained weight over that weekend.

    So since I'm eating more than normal, I'm not hungry, and if I do get hungry I'm not supposed to go without. I have another snack, write it down, and talk to my counselor about it at my next session.
