Ok i dont have a problem with parents letting their kids get tattoos most of the time but i do have a problem with branding your kid with gang tats since that COULD be harmful to them.

Now to the lady who let her 10 year old boy get a tat of his brother who passed away i have no problem with. If your going to arrest people because kids get tats then you need to start arrest people who get their little girls ears pierced.

i would say bout 1 or 2 years, depending on the kid, if the kid had no problems with it xD but if they forced him, yeah, that would be 4 or 5 years.
