You see, whenever there is more than one person, thier weapons are up, and thier weapons are lowered when there is one. Since you could only lower weapons on local. And I see that you emptied the weapons to upper them. Damn clever, Damn clever.

you can't help but jump. one way to make it look like that is first to have no grenades on you. After you are in the lowered gun mode thing, press the LT button. This will lift up your gun slowly. what they are doing here is that function but putting that clip backwards so it looks like they are lowering their guns normally.

Like I said many times its the function of a semi-broken controller that allows me to lower guns like this, and as for the jumping I just hold down the A button and then hold the rest of the buttons down after the jump is done.
