@The79Machine Well seriously slavery never became an issue of race until they started getting sold to the Europeans. Slavery had always been a bi-product of war when it was tribe against tribe. When the Europeans came in, purity of blood became a factor and obviously if you were somewhat black you weren't of pure blood. @The79Machine Well seriously slavery never became an issue of race until they started getting sold to the Europeans. Slavery had always been a bi-product of war when it was tribe against tribe. When the Europeans came in, purity of blood became a factor and obviously if you were somewhat black you weren't of pure blood. And as far as the issue of whites fighting eachother in the U.S. It was really more of an economic issue than anything else. Abe Lincoln was a white supremacist.

And yeah slavery is and was wrong; but I think people forget about the white people that died fighting their own brothers for the slaves freedom, and the white people that helped with the underground railroad.
