Thank god most of you lucky younger citizens don't vote, or watch the news. What, with "it's so time consuming to wait in a line to vote?" Or watch or listen to current events because; "The news is boring".

I can call all of my friends and vote on a poll on some website asking whether I'd rather have Fred Thompson or Barney the Dinosaur for president, and vote for Barney. And when the results show a staggering support for a purple dinosaur, I can BELIEVE it accurately portrays what's going to happen in '08, OR, I can be realistic and accept the fact that MOST PEOPLE DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT VOTING ON INTERNET POLLS A WHOLE YEAR AND A HALF BEFORE THE ELECTION.

Why is it that fringe candidate supporters are ALWAYS and INEVITABLY pissed off? Also, why is it that they they are completely naive to the fact that a MUCH larger percentage of their candidate of choosing's followers are congregating on the internet than the followers of other candidates, thus creating a COMPLETELY FALSE representation of their candidate's chances in '08?
