Never invaded? Ever hear of the Iran/Iraq war? Iran will simply sell WMDs to their neighbors and to terrorist networks. So There for: 1.) if you are not sure what you see than call it a thoery or a guess dont make your conclutions out to be facts. (2.) Perhaps you need to seek medical attention (if available) as you have clearly problems in the aerias of Sight and Hearing. (3.) Definition of a Civilian: a NON ARMED ; NON TRAINED individual who posses NO THREAT to ANY military or law enforcement personell and or the GENERAL PUBLIC as a whole.
Guys lumping around with an arsenal late at night (as Videos time stamp comfirms) can not be counted as Civies, Also it is obviosly not a red zone which thus means that it is under control of the U.S. which in turn means there is a set curfew put in place to stop parimiter defence patrols from mistakenly killing Civilians.

Regaurdless of what is said in the Video, I counted 4 Guys carrying AK47s and the guy with the RPG who indeed was getting ready to fire, I also noticed the reason why they had to move quikly in neutralising the targets seeing as one of them also seemed to carry a map that target later reseived a phone call there by futher implicating them as a terror cell, who was hopeing to conduct a tactical strike against the U.S. Air patrol and perhaps also nearby stationed Troops, Hence the phone call.
