Demidov played the turn perfectly. Flop is also pretty understandable. despite the possible str8 draw the board is pretty dry. Eastgate's flopbet could have been a position bet with nothing as well. he just got lucky at the river.
How comes Demidov didnt bet the flop? How come Demidov didnt bet the turn? And bet the river? Eastegate just limped from the BB. There's a straight draw on the flop and a Flush draw on the Turn. I cannot understand.
I would have bet the pot on the turn with top two pair and that would have been it. It was obvious that Eastgate was after something. There was a straight draw out there after all

a 2-outer hit on river. it was a good check on the turn to let the BB bet. if there had been a bet, SB could have raised and make him fold or smooth called then make a big bet on river to get paid off.

What could Eastgate have, besides a 3? Good fold. Aces up or better for Eastgate.
