  • I hate how ur the stongest one and ur team sucks even tho their weapons are better then mine it's like WTF dude :/

  • how can i find someones comment when the user is tagged in another comment?

  • "And then I played dragon age 2 on pc and now I realize that I..." needed to read the bright pink memo on the desk asking all employees to use David Silverman's quotes as the basis for all reviews because John Hancock isn't "checking" in until a... "good" review comes out.

  • that rock boss was SUCH A HUGE BITCH. when your play on hard tho. i think i died 24times befor my healer was the last man standing n had to use him to kill the rock dudes really lil amount of life he had but still took me 12mins to kill him. OOoooO and i dont want to talk about the High Dragon fight. youll shat your pants

  • To be honest, graphics don't make up for getting rid of the ability to change your name, the ability to make Elves and Dwarves, and more speaking choices. That's the main reason I didn't like Dragon Age 2. They took away alot of things that made the predecessors better.

  • my guy friends spent hours at my house playing this game when i got it lolz, like HOURS....

  • i love it when the two highest rated comments are responses to others' comments that you cant find xD

  • IGNorant

  • well Dragon age Origin is better than this one...

  • Check_Out@My_Vids=For/A+Fully-Working-MS=-Points~Code~Gen

  • if people are wondering how they made this game so quick you should really see the credits felt like it was a hour i think it was 0_0 well point is alot of people worked on it and a lot of things remand the same from the game which may have made it easier to make there are a few changes that do need to be made like after so much time has passed you don't see get to see them age they look the same and just about everyone was wearing the same clothes the day you met them

  • Bioware is king for gaming up until skyrim comes. Then bethesda will show what rpg is ....

  • @heyula07 i love both games lolz XD

  • Maybe its just me that has unquestioning faith in Bioware. I always thought everyone, reviewers included, just assumed that it would be good regardless of what they did, because no matter what those guys do, it's always excellent. Almost like they're actually paying attention to what they're doing, not like half the industry's developpers...

  • felt very disconected from Origins. Graphics improved a lot (PC)with dx11, but Bioware decided to almost entirely remove all the RPG elements from DOA for improved voiced story. Bioware shouldve listened to Brent Knowles and knowles should make the 3rd (if there is) .

  • 1:38 look like after bukkake:P

  • sarcasm [on] WOW the graphics are so awesome... sarcasm [off] the graphics suck balls -____-

  • Just finished it...or well, paused on the last quest. Fighting the head of the Qunari to save Isabella...I must say this...IF YOU EVER WANT TO FIGHT HIM TO SAVE HER, DONT FUCKING PICK 2 HANDED WEAPON WARRIOR. No matter how overpowered and cool it looks in the beginning of the game, it´s hard, almost like a labor playing with that bitch. You need to get close, can´t stun that big bxtch, he will kill you in a few hits and all your attacks do small damage. Also, his weapon is the weakest. NO 2H!!!

  • @harthaljas dude, he ain't immune to the pummel strike, did it with my 2h warrior. Just kite and play around, pop a pummel, get some damage in and get your distance. Just because your a warrior with a massive 2hander, your not suppose to scream your sanity and/or thinking away and rush in to die.

  • @Zearrt lol, I did keep my distance....but it was too effing repetitive and the 2 handed weapons are hard as hell to obain in this game... :S:S plus, every time i striked him twice and ran off, no matter the distance, he would get a hit on me...maybe it's just a problem with my game idk.. :/

  • @harthaljas OH and potions.. use them.

  • Comment removed

  • ehg i like the game but im a little sad cause of the combat i mean i hated dao for the combat cause i didnt like it but in dao2 i still hate it cause its just a matter of pusing a button over and over again

  • this game is a big shit! dont buy it!

  • Bioware is on auto-disappoint son.

  • well, i kinda like the plot in this game, the come back of some DAO characthers and some graphic improvement... but that is, DAO first time i played it kinda disapoint me, bcuz of the lack of dificulty compared to baldur gate or icewind dale, still, as i advanced in the game i realize they do a magnificent job there! and i ended lovin it! with DA2... well, its just visual, and cool, but very little remains from Origins. maybe they should put OBSIDIAN in front, just like kotor 2 and NWN2...

  • wait a minute did he just killed the big golem by STABBING with a mace

  • @hovsep56 That is one hell of a mace.

  • IGN: Dear EA, your game sucks. But we don't want to lose all credibility, so here's how this is going to work. Your game is worth a 6. If you want a 7, it'll cost you $1 million. Want an 8? It'll cost you $10 million. A 9 will cost you $50 million and a 10 will cost you $100 million. What do you say?"

EA: Ummm. We'll take an 8.5.

  • this or 2 worlds 2?

  • at first i didn't like the game but once you get into it its awesome and i can't stop playing but it still isn't as good as origins :( hopefully me3 will beat me2 and me1

  • didnt enjoy the new combat style - its just annoying. example - your character runing into some aoe even tho half a second ago you ordered him to move in a different direction

  • Bought it, love it!

  • I just finished DA2. My first reaction was to delete the game. If you are an action game than this is for you. Otherwise it's a waste of time and money. The only thing I want to tell the game creators is that, "They did a really go job to get people dislike this game!". I am deleting DA:O now. Because of the shitty sequel, I don't want to play the other one. It's not the same anymore!

  • Watch me BEAT Dragon Age 2!! Bring a towel... I get excited! :)

  • What I really dislike Is that in DA:O you could talk to your friends anytime you'd want but in DA 2 you have to go to their special little house or bar or whetev. It feels like I dont know the characters as well and it makes me care less about the story. Also I dont like that your pretty much in the same area the whole time ( so far I'm at the beginning of year 4 after the deep roads ) it would be really cool if I got to see alistair as king or morrigan and her child or any other character. In

  • Dude below me I don't care what a review site I never herd of rated dragon age 2 their prob rpg haters this game is gold I'm 14hrs in loving every min of it

  • The user score for this game on metacritic is 3.5/10......

  • how long is this game??

  • @jeribak101 about 30-40 hours, more if u wanna do achievements and max lvl is 50, but its impossible to reach :D

  • @jeribak101

30 hours if you do EVERY DAMN SIDE QUEST(because sidequests are 85% of the game)

10 hours if you just do main storyline...

  • I swear i had my pants on when i played the demo...

  • well the i can tell you that the game is very good and the even the start of the game isnt complete in the demo they say about your warden a couple of times xD anyway its a very good game guys

  • I just played the demo and I'm severely dissapointed. I preffered the dialogue system from da:o much more and the combat in 2 is more of a button mash than strategy. IMO they've done a mass effect thing where they took a great rpg and turned it into more of an action game with less rpg elements.

  • @bananacheesemonkey Well i'm kinda agree and disagree with you. They did the dialogue a quick talk and done. And stragegy looks like a minor thing at DA2 But they also make the game looks more fun than DA:O. That's my opnion about the game.

  • @Luizao940 Actually if you play on hard then you have to use strategy.

  • @Hannibal457 Wrong.

Hard is barely a challenge. And when it is, NO Strategy can help because of stupid respawn system.

Nightmare is bassically you kiting enemies on mage character.

  • @FeuerFremder If it's that easy for you then you must be a god at this game. I'm a long time player of the first Dragon Age and DA2 is really tough on hard. Fortunately they made the combat much more tactical and action packed to go with the difficulty here.

  • Mage!....ugh....*jizz in my pants*....

  • Why was everyone bitching about DA2 being more hack and slashy? what's wrong with that? it is Action-RPG games that are far more superior than dice-rolling RPG games imo

  • @TheCommentGuy8 lol agree with you on that one, action rpg games allow me to feel free. I rather play a rpg game that allow me to freely attack instantly with a little turn base in it, just like in the interview it feels more superior.

  • true gamers respect all consoles

  • @TheCdeboy talking like that to a fanboy is like talking to a wall

  • @Assassincas

people need to calm down!what fan boys?!of a video game?!if somebody likes a game and you dont makes him a fanboy this a damn video game people need to get a life ,peace!

  • why do they even need to worry about console porting, just make separate games, fuck.

  • FUUUUCK STUPID KINECT ADS!!!! SO ANNOYING!!!!

  • anyone know what the level cap is?

  • @FluFFcon 25+?

  • Excited about Dragon Age 2!? Watch me take the demo! Bring a towel... I get excited! :D

  • @Bip0larRick stop coping other ppls comments..........u nob

  • @JohnSheridan10001 you're obviously the virgin as you're wasting your time by going around insulting people. you're obviously a twat as well.

  • Bio Ware never disapoints their fans

  • Excited for Dragon Age 2?! Watch me murder the demo! Bring a towel... There could be blood! :D

  • i like DA2. on console its alot of action. not turn based which is great. makes me feel like im fighting in wow.

  • holy crap. you can dodge hurl rock now.

  • how do u get the camera at a lower angle like at 1:57

  • this games good im getting it for sure

  • I still have my doubts after mass effect 2's total 360 from rpg to 3rd person action shooter with a few rpg elements sprinkled on top. I just hope that dragon age 2 suffers the same fate, and I hope that mass effect 3 will return to its roots...And yes I know that he said it's not an action game like he thought but that was a demo, he hasn't even scratched the surface of what dragon age 2 has to offer....weather it's good or bad

  • Tried the demo on xbox and its ok i guess...

I dont really see what the big deal is though?

  • @GreenDay3213 its dragon age so that makes it fun

  • I actually think it looks better on the xbox from playing the demo but that's just my opinion

  • never played dragon age but like do you make your own character?

  • What sort of disappoints me is the fact that you are set on one story. Unlike in Origins where you can choose your back story.

Even in Mass Effect you are given a choice to get a back story, like a former criminal or a war hero.

I could be wrong though, I haven't read deep into the game. But from what I have been informed you are a champion of some city and your ancestor is a Magi Origin Human...kinda weird and random but ok.

Hopefully someone can prove me wrong.

  • Gotta say, the mages in DA2 are pretty awesome compared to the ones in DA:O. they really kick ass xD

  • you heard him this game is for the less nerdy people meaning all fkn nerds should not buy this game and go play wow or rift :)

  • dont mean to bea noob idiot but im thinking of buying this game and was confused cause i that the fire eyes guy was the main character but i saw otherwise in some gameplay. who is he?

  • I'm so freaking excited about this game one it's dragon age two I played the demo and it was awesome and three fucking anders is back

  • But I will be a mage in this one, she was awesome. Shepard hawke. Has a nice ring to it

  • Played the demo today, 3 times. Rogue, warrior, and mage as a joke. I never liked magic characters. The mage in dragon

  • Excited about Dragon Age 2?! Watch me slay some darkspawn! Bring a towel... it gets bloody! :)

  • PC/Console gaming arguments? Are you jollying with me? Just play your fucking games. Does it really matter what someone plays their GAMES on? It doesn't make them any less of a gamer because they play on a console or PC. Either way it is GAMING/PLAYING. You are all playing the same thing with the same storyline and the same characters. This "PS3 v 360" "PC v Console" thing is ridiculous and infantile. Each system has their faults and highlights, but they are made for the same purpose; TO ENJOY.

  • @ihasthecrazies Dude, you just killed every comment that talks about PS3 v Xbox360 and Pc v Console on all of Youtube with that one xD Awsome :P

  • @ihasthecrazies Indeed, and I'll ENJOY my gaming experience more on the PC master race! Enjoy not having any Anti Aliasing and struggling to get 60fps on your cheaply manufactured console, faggot.

  • @ihasthecrazies boom! well said my friend.

  • @ihasthecrazies thank you so much for that, maybe people will stfu now

  • @ihasthecrazies You used a semicolon when you should've used a colon. Your argument has been rendered mute!

  • @ihasthecrazies Dude... shut up?

  • @ihasthecrazies I assume we can all still agree on the fact that whatever you're playing, it's better than the Wii.

  • I REALLY REALLY WISH THIS GAME TO BE IN THE STYLE OF OBLIVION but unfortunately it isnt :(

  • @bhyesilnil5 The would ruin the game so badly..

  • Bioware should learn from the guys who created Witcher and are working on Witcher II.

Witcher II uses entirely different engine, entirely different combat system and so on....YET it still feels like a true sequel to first game.

DAII feels like....console mass effectII reskin. Its the most dead and boring world of the year with cartoony landscapes and shallow(from what seen in demo) characters.

Its sad that Witcher II blows DAII out of the water right now...

  • @FeuerFremder

You do realize Witcher 1 was used by Biowares engine?

Dont compare witcher with DA2 they are nothing alike.

And finaly Bioware doesnt make bad games and even if Wticher 2 will be better, Mass Effect 3 and Skyrim will rape it at the end.

P.S The first witchers combat sucked.

  • @FeuerFremder

You do realize first Witcher was used from Biowares engine?

Dont compare these two games they are nothing alike. Biowares first concern is story and graphics is last.

Bioware doesnt make bad games and even if Witcher 2 will be better, Skyrim and Mass Effect 3 will rape it at the end. Also the first Witcher combat sucked and you cant judge the game from beta demo.

And your also stupid for saying it has uninspired charachters for just being 20 mins in the game.

  • @Chester1004

    - Yes, makes comparing the stuff even better.

    - Both DA:O and Witcher took place in "dark fantasy" genre medieval-inspired world.

    - Yes, i see how "story" is bioware's first concern. DA:O's lore was awesome, DAII so far...feels hollow in that department. Bland, compared to DA:O.

    - Witcher also has a lot of story, although it has advantage of having several books set in that world.

    - Bioware makes bad games. Jade Empire is one of them. MEII is also, story-wise.

  • @Chester1004

    cont'd

    - First witcher's combat had problems, that got completely fixed and revamped in second in a way that works. Bioware's DA:O had some problems(Iesser ones) and they managed to fuck up the combat and gameplay ballance completely turning it from good-pc-game into console-kid-fest :)

    - Demos are for judging the game. THATS WHAT demos are for, kid.

  • @Chester1004

    cont\d2

    - 20 minutes in DA:O i met badass strange mad flemeth, with whom you never knew whats coming, snarky Morrigan, major villains, Alistair, Cailan, everyone in my origin of choice, etc.

    - 20minutes in DA:O i met a generic evil latex-bound too-young Flemeth, generic annoying brother, mother who looks too young, Sister who looks to hot, Hawke(since there's no immersion of player character being you) who looks like generic amish farmer guy and some bad color schemed skeletors

  • @FeuerFremder

In 20 minutes you cant even complete the intro of what charachter you choosed to play.

Also Flemeth is shapeshifter she can turn into anything she wants and you couldnt establish in the begining of Origins who is who.

Jade Empire a bad game? Are you retarded?

No reason to argue with you your obviously Bioware hater and sucker for Witcher.

    Go home kid.

  • @FeuerFremder Quit your bitching and trolling we all get that you don't like bioware or anything about dragon age 2 and that your just a witcher fanboy. And how can you judge the story of dragon age 2 just by the demo the demo was like 45 min theres no way you can judge the story just by that and the combat in dragon age 2 is alot better than origins. Also quit blaming everything on the console gamers.

  • @Arcane2010

Oh i am just comparin the awesomeness and immersion of first 20 minutes of Dragon Age origins, to this console bullshit :)

And those who play rpgs on console can't even be called "gamers". Rpg and rts games are and should be pc games through and through, otherwise(as DAII shows) they need to be dumbed down, simplified and cartoonified.

Leave generic fps and sports games to console generation of kids, I don't care ;]

  • @FeuerFremder U mad bruh. So let me get this straight...you can play DAO and check facebook one the same screen?

    *claps*

  • @FeuerFremder I can tell you like it up the ass.

Please, shut up. Nobody gives a damn about your personal opinions. Especially when the opinion contradicts everything else being said. Find a nice little forum to complain about the game, not the god damned video promoting it.

  • @FeuerFremder You sound like a raging nerd. People can't be called real gamers, since when was being called a gamer some kind of title one had to earn. This game isn't simplified it's just faster and more action packed, I'd know I've played both of them.

  • @FeuerFremder Hey im just glad i dont have to update my system every two days when a new game comes out for it lol. Think about that for awhile before you go around hateing and insulting people on what they like and choose to play on. So btw that should tell you that your system isnt any better and that its not a godly system so get over yourself bru =)

  • @FeuerFremder omg stfu playing on a console doesn't make you a retarded kid complaining and crying about video games make you a retarded kid.

  • dragon age was alright, but was too short :(

  • @proskillz89 Short?

  • @delta2ish Actually I agreee...

After landsmeet, the game just....ends. I was quite confused when the whole last battle started as I expected a good chunk of awesomeness after landsmeet that would lead to the whole final confrontation with archdemon.

  • @FeuerFremder Well no offence but you are treating this game or anyother game like You are Judging a Book by its cover. In this case you are Judging about a Demo whitch is a small portion of the game and the teaser trailer of mass effect 3.

  • @delta2ish Demos are meant to entice people into buying it

When developer releases a demo with clunky controls, NOT-maximum graphics and a level design where you go in straight line mashing kills, its become clear that bioware turned away from real gamers and focused their attention to console-"gamers".

    - No spell cast-time = lame and takes away strategy of protecting your mages.

    - no isometric view

    - no friendly fire up to nightmare difficulty

    - uninspiring location and character designs.

  • @FeuerFremder Yea but demos dont Judge a game. Like Mass effect 2 I played the demo and it was very very lame. But the game was a masterpiece.

  • @delta2ish mass effect II demo was very definition of the entire game. Pretty much entire game was what demo was (you running through a corridor, hiding behind stuff to fire stuff, till you reach cutscene, mission complete, and you go to another corridor you run doing the very same thing).

The only thing good about mass effect II was that it was pretty much bug-less and controls were better, everything else(level design, storyline, characters) could not even compare to ME1.

  • @FeuerFremder No those were most of the missions but some Loyality missions were a great variety. The Chartecters were much better than ME1. Level Design was better but the story of Me1 is still better.

  • @FeuerFremder what the fuck are you talking about, im sorry but it sounds like you are terrible at mass effect 2

  • @FeuerFremder Demo doesn't have to be that way. It can be used differently like a beta version to determine whats good or bad about the current state of the game. DA2's main complaint is the combat animation and easy difficulty. The dev team may going to listen to these people and tweak the gameplay to satisfy them. Off course, its possible that the team may not going to make any changes. We never know until DA2 release date. You can complain all you want after you played the full game.

  • Consolized garbage.

  • THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME!

  • So with the leaked demo its clear that the game has been completelly masseeffect-iffied:

    Good(i guess) things:

    - innaprorpiate latex-clad boobie-revealing armors will surelly attract masses.

    - lots of pew pews.

    Bad things:

    - Demo feels like a shoddy console port, complete with teh "press spacebar to continue:" title card and clunky controls.

    - Inventory screen, pause menu, dialogue wheel, character design, EVERYTHING reeks of mass effect.

    - It already manages to make you hate the side chars..

  • I dont see why people say this game is stupid. Graphics looks cool, combat is faster, different story... dunno, I like this game rly, and i appreciate Bioware for making something new. It wont be living the old glory. They changed whole concept of game making it better, dont see anything wrong in that...

  • If this game spans 10 years, then how will we be able to play this over a long period of time like in DAO? Or is it not meant for that?

  • @bradalfk

Gameplay of DAII goes in god-of-war-ish "Chapters".

you play through chapter. MISSION COMPLETE. cue new chapter 5 years later.

  • THIS Dragon Age is not the TRUE Dragon Age... thumbs up if you agree...

  • @Cryless96 I think you should start with something like mass effect because you are into shooters and action games. Also I can't really say if DA2 is a good starting point because it never came out yet even though i know it is going to be amazing. If you want other suggestions message me.

  • why would someone shutter at the word the beholder

  • 46 people shuddered to the word "Beholder"

  • In other words, the game has been revised for complete idiots who marvel at shiny objects and don't have the attention span to read a sentence with more than 3 words.

Of course, you probably won't even know I'm insulting you because something shiny has diverted your attention by now.

  • @LapisGarter 'In other words'? didn't the guy just confirm it's NOT made for idiots? lol, go back to your DnD board or something. Some people actually want to see the game look *gasp* better that the previous title. Also, he JUST said you can still go and be as strategic/nerdy as you want with this game, who cares what other ppl do with it?

  • @LapisGarter It seems you're just bitter because they updated the graphics and improved the combat sequences. So what? For the most part it's the same exact game. God forbid they make sequels without making any improvements to the graphics.

  • @LapisGarter No, actually the graphics have been revised to make it more visually appealing so more people would admire the game. And, furthermore, the reviewer JUST SAID that you can pause and issue commands. Don't get your panties in a bunch, douche bag.

  • @LapisGarter No, actually the graphics have been revised to make it more visually appealing so more people would admire the game. And, furthermore, the reviewer JUST SAID that you can pause and issue commands. Don't get your panties in a bunch, douche bag.

  • @LapisGarter No, what actually happened was the game's graphics were upgraded to make it visually appealing as well as the gameplay being appealing. And, furthermore, like Alittan666 said, you can still pause the game and issue commands tactically. So, before you insult people who like visually appealing things, why don't you unwind your panties and get a hearing aid, you douche bag?

  • @slyuncle29 I just love how people buy into pr bullshit.

So stylized now equals appealing? Not for everyone. Some and a lot of people actually loved the realistic graphics of first one, in comparison to cartoony DAII.

So pausing now EQUALS tactics? I like how you quote dev sentence. :) Isometric mode is gone, pausing can be done in EVERY game, does not make it a strategic if you can hacknslash your way anyway.

  • I love how combat is alot flashier, origins only had A few flashy spells and rogue skills while warrior was incredibly boring looking.

  • @YesimSasori

RPGS are not about flashy, they are about substance.

    DA:O had plenty of substance.

DAII has none. It looks and plays like a shoddy Mass Effect II console-to-pc port.

  • when a video buffers if you press your arrow keys the buffering circle turns into a snake game

  • Gunna be sweet :) Potentially best game of 2011 along with Portal 2 and Gears 3 in my eyes :D

  • THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME!

  • IGN should change their name to "people that can never be pleased" its like they have PMS all the time.

  • Flemeth looks alot different......

  • @1778903

This can be due to 2 different reasons:

    1. The whole game is Varric telling the story of the Champion to Cassandra. BioWare has said that he will over-exaggerate some parts and Cassandra will usually call him out on it. Flemeth's appearance could be the result of his exaggeration.

    2. BioWare also said in Origins that Flemeth made herself appear to be a frail old woman to gain the Warden's sympathy. So, her old lady form in Origins might not have been her true form.

  • This kind of reminds me of Spartacus Blood and Sand, and that is a very good thing.

  • I read in GI that the console version will have a lot more control, which is gonna be so great. I didn't like having to press a button and then just watching the characters walk and strike lol.

This is back on my pickup list now def.

  • This is DA2, like it or not. So what if a few people don't buy it.

couple people on youtube=/=the general population.

  • He said that "DA 2 goal is to make it appeal for the less nerdy crowd". I will play the demo but not necessarily buy the game. Like Arcania - Gothic 4, DA 2 looks (from gameplay) like main unstop-killing character with a team in your game. To make the game experience more painful, a conversation wheel was added. What's the point of reading whatever he says after your read short summary? But i just turns out that you don't have to read because the main character got a voice! Darksiders will do.

  • Hey does anybody know if you can actually create your character, or if you have to use the preset hawke? thanks

  • @princer654

You have the option of using the Default Hawke face or you can create your own look for him/her. You have several preset faces to start with and whichever one you choose, your family members will have a facial structure similar to it. The less editing you do to the face, the more related you look to your mother and siblings.

  • @princer654 Hawke is fully customizable, although the only thing you cannot alter is the species. You can make Hawke a man, woman, mage, rouge, warrior, and even change the facial features. If you've downloaded the demo anytime soon then you know.

  • @ihasthecrazies ahem...notice that i commented that before the demo came out. if you would stop being a dick anytime soon then u would know

  • THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME!

  • I can get Dragon Age 2 on the PC. I could run it just fine. But I don't. I'm a console gamer at heart. I see a lot of debate about Console ports and what not. Maybe I'm not understanding, but neither game seemed much different except for the combat tactic systems.

I never understood why people spent thousands of dollars just to have their game look slightly sharper then before. Or why the whole debate is such a big deal. I guess I'll never understand. Call me simple but that's my opinion.

  • @SGTmarksman332 Except you don't spend thousands of dollars to have the game looks slightly better. You can buy a PC for a comparable price to a console and have games run and looks significantly better than console version. The amount of freedom on PC is reason enough to prefer it over consoles. But better services like steam, not having to pay ridiculous fees for online as well as free user created content for most games and the choice of controls, between controller and K+B.

  • @SGTmarksman332 Also software is much cheaper. Consoles are about limiting the user to exploit as much money as possible. PC, for the most part, is about giving the user freedom.

  • @tomroxelf I suppose you do make some very good points. I'm no stranger to PC gaming, and I realize all the strengths and weaknesses in it. Even so, there are simply many things I prefer in console from PC. I know how much more freedom a PC gamer would have over console, you don't just buy the game, you buy all of the user made content with it. Starcraft 2 is a prime example, but that simply doesn't move me.

It all just comes down to what's fun for you in the end.

  • Funny thing is, when they changed Mass Effect fro the sequel I thought well damn, another good rpg down the drain, at least I have Dragon Age. Now seeing Dragon Age 2 . . . and I'm back where I started. Thanks for forgetting your traditional fanbase Bioware, used to think you were better than Bethesda, guess not.

  • Dragon Age Origins on the Play-Station 3 was fantastic, and ranks among my favorite games. Although I do have a couple complaints, I only have one strong hope for this game: Please allow the console versions to feel more tactful if the player chooses! When I played DAO on console, I never felt like I could truly strategize that much DURING combat. Now that DA2 is here, I hope it really lets me enjoy the experience as an intelligent player. Bioware is the best, though!!

  • oohh well we will see can wait for the DEMO.

  • Console kids kill another game. Day one pirate for me. :3

  • @Comeback64 You are a very ignorant and stupid person. Just sayin.

  • @Comeback64 Seriously, it's not simply console people. I am a hardcore rpg player and I played the original game on the console, not because I prefer consoles, but because the initial cost of a gaming computer can be a bit high, especially considering you want your money's worth your best off building it yourself, which is another daunting task. But yes, I'm a console gamer, but it's not us, I want depth as much as pc players, its the damn developers who feel everything needs to be streamlined.

  • Looks fucking great.

Definitely on my buy list, DAO was awesome.

  • It's like Dragon Age except sped up. Okay, cool.

Art design looks like bollocks though.
