BR won't be around forever (but hopefully for another five albums...), and even today the bad religion school of punk rock is virtually extinct. So support the few true successors of that school that exist out there! They even distribute all their music for free.

Thats a fact, but its incomplete. Every idea can be dangerous. In fact, science can be dangerous (atomic bombs); so, as we have to have responsability for use science for good, in the same way we can use philosophical ideas and religions for good as well.

Why I mention the jail idea?, for what you said before about: "If Christians are good for fear of hell, then atheists are good for fear of jail" I'm agree when you said both arguments are absurd if we use them to generalize, but this is not an argument to deny the fact that the true purpose of hell is to implant fear in the minds of believers.

Maybe, maybe not. However, from my perspectve, religion is more than a hell o a heaven: its an alive community, a spiritual tool, and for some people, a moral guide.

Thats a fact, but its incomplete. Every idea can be dangerous. In fact, science can be dangerous (atomic bombs); so, as we have to have responsability for use science for good, in the same way we can use philosophical ideas and religions for good as well.

The Bible was written by 40 persons. The word of God is in the Bible but not the whole Bible is the word of God. Any theologician knowd that. In fact, most of it ishuman and cultural laws that doesn't apply today but are useful to understand anything else.
God's laws is this: Put God over anything and love other as yourself.

bullshit. he left the band in 1994. he rejoined around 2002. this song "atheist piece" was on their album called "the empire stikes first" was released in 2004 2 years after he rejoined the band.
brett very rarely participate in gigs however he is a full time member of Bad Religion.

Things like "Christians are the worst people in the world" and "fuck all Christians" make my blood boil....it's like racism and it's just as bad as what most (but not all) of them do to us. Remember, some Christians are good. In fact I think Jay Bently is, but I'm not sure. Anyways, just like some atheists are bad, some christians are good. I know what it's like to hear an ignorant christian speak, I've had to sit and be called a liar and theif, but still I don't hate them all. Only the pricks;)

I might not agree with Graffin, but I can't deny he's an intelligent man, with an awesome voice. Most Christians I know wouldn't like this band, but you know what? I don't care, I don't trust Christians. I make my own choices, which is what Bad Religion's all about, "do what you want, but don't do it around me." I put faith in God and Jesus, not the church, peace.

Bullshit. Bad Religion is critical of any system of thought that seeks to control and oppress people, tell them what to think or restrict their personal autonomy.
Christianity, as it is frequently practiced, tends to fall under this definition, but this doesn't mean that it has been singled out for criticism.
Greg Graffin has even described Green Peace as a type of "bad religion" despite the fact that he is himself a member.
