yo se como solucionar tu problema mira es muy facil es que el emulador que tienes no sirve para ese tipo de juego yo tambien tenia ese mismo problema hasta que cambien el emulador mira bueca en el menu del emulador el que diga No$Zoomer y ese si te lo correra mira si tu emulador no tiene este emulador yo te lo dejo para que lo descarges y lo instales y le das en ds-icon lvl y le das en opciones y buscas No$Zoomer y listo tu problema esta resuelto

well there is a solution, maybe is not much but the new version of desmume (0.9) emulates almost at 100% the naruto shippuden shinobi retsuden 2, it depends on the cpu.

Change the emulation settings, under options - Emulation Setup - Change the NDS Cartridge Backup Media to EEPROM 64K Bytes.

It freezes because of the computer using the x button move. Or sometimes if they do a substitute jutsu.
