Yes it is Kelly Monaco the actress that plays Sam but before that she played on Port Charles at one time playing two roles Livvie Locke and her other half Tess from 2000 till 2003 when the show got cancelled then GH signed her to play Sam and the rest is history!
Thanks so much for posting I loved it. I always like Livvie with Jack. But I didn't complain when she was with Caleb either.

Great job! I feel that Livvie should be with Caleb not Jack. Anyways, I don't mean to upset anyone but I like Livvie and Tess way better then Sam.
