I know there are benefits with chocolate and I appreciate the ideas shared, but how can I trust this when I research a lil' and find out vit. C is not present in cacao nibs? Where do the facts end and the fanatical worship of "superfoods" begin?
I have been buying a powdered form of Cocoa from the Supermarket so i am guessing that is no good? If i buy it in the form that you are holding (its original form) how do i turn into something i can make a Hot Chocolate as in powder form? I am using Stevia at the moment and Oak Milk with hot water to flavour my Cocoa ;)
BTW - I have recently heard that Cocoa has certain degree of Caffeine in it, is that true? because i really do need to avoid Caffeine due to anxiety.
