Why is the robot singing with Captain Orrock's voice instead of its own voice? It sang with its own voice in the UPN version and I thought it was funny.
Yea...every time I see this, I can't help thinking "why the HELL did they maker Maggie a cross-dressing GUY in the original Japanese version?"
Anyway, this IS one of the better episodes: some true emotion, decent/funny dialogue, & intor of my DUDE, O'Rorke.
LMAO moment: my boy orders his Robot to power up...and because some half-drunk soldier says he's more than a machine, the robot gives him attitude about its name! HI-larious!
This ep, the one b4, & the ones with lil' sis Shara all rock!

thanks for the epis ! But it is always good to watch animes in the native language ( even with the subs ) and also because of the censorship thing cuz in America they cut a lot of stuff cuz they consider them violent !!!
yea sry about that this and dragionball z are the only ones that are dubbed good the rest of the anime are terribly dubbed. Otherwise i would have downloaded the jap version.
@namz6 and megaman nt warrior axess it had good acting of dinobot and megatron voice actor david kaye did good job as protoman as well as dark protoman while scott mcneil did good voice doing savageman, guts man and shademan.
Pfft... This series wasn't really watered down... they cut 6 unimportant episodes from the show and Maggie is actually a guy named Levin or Rebin (take your pick) and Balzac not dying I'd say this dub was one of the best. Great music, awesome battle puns, and a nifty love story to go with it. It wasn't so bad at all. I like the name Ringo better than Noal anyways. But that's my opinion. Thanks for uploading DOOD!

There was no whiskey bottle in the original subbs from when I was young. I know, I still have a vhs copy of this particular episode. LOL
