I just wanted to say that you are really brave for posting this. Being a bigger girl myself i dont think i could ever put on a bikini and post a video for the whole world. You have inspired me and i wish the best for you :)
@agstopmotionstudios one last thing. It is important that if you over eat one day not to get down on yourself. Everyone overeats once in a while but you just got to keep the big picture in mind! Find a celebrity that motivates you(Jennifer Hudson for me) and tape a picture of her where you keep the "bad" food so whenever you want to eat something that you shouldnt, you will have something to help you remember what your goals are!
@agstopmotionstudios also, I started really small with exercise. doing 15-20 mins of cardio a couple times a week. Once I started to feel like that wasn't pushing me hard enough i would add another 5 minutes. Now, I usually run on the treadmill for a half hour and then do an hour long zumba class. I exercise about 6 or of the 7 days. When I started I did not like to exercise but now i find it as something to relieve stress. you just got to stick with it! Find something tht u love to do!
@agstopmotionstudios Hey! So my mom does weight watchers and I sort of adapted to that when i am calculating my food intake. I find that I cannot stick with counting calories so instead I use the weight watchers points. But try calorie counting first to see if it works for you. For the first 2 weeks i basically got rid of all bad food in my house and than after those 2 weeks, I started to find that I didn't crave them anymore. The important thing is to not deprive yourself or else u will overeat
