Skillet has of course gone through major band line up changes and technological changes.
Remember this was recorded in 95 brah. Right about the time grunge and post grunge was it on a STICK.
John Cooper is the only remaining ORIGINAL band member from 96.
this is actually really good for a debut album, I may not like it as much as Collide and Comatose but for being Indie and this being there first album its still good

The song correlates with Joseph's coat of colors (Hebrews). If you dissect the lyrics you'll find they have much depth and meaning.

This song is very powerful. Its about picking up your Cross daily to follow Christ. The "Robe" is the outside appearence.

I love this song! =D It's definetly one of my favorites.
There later stuff doesn't really seem to mention God that much, though :/
(of course, all their CDs--1990s or now--are all amazing)
