You could:

A) Put your games on the SD card. I'm not sure about this, but I believe it might cause issues with the save data, ie deleting it.

B) Delete the games from your system. You can download them again later for free if you ever want to play them again.

C) Don't buy so many games! Imo there's not enough good DSiWare games that owning all of them would take up all your memory.
