Hey scott, I've been working on my abs for quite some time now. My upper abs tends to be more define than my lower abs. My lower abs has a little belly fat and I cant seem to get that to go away. I guess my question is, How do I get that little lower belly fat to go away, and what exercise do I need to do?
@BboyUn5topable the only thing i've ever heard about that is diet, work your lower abs and diet with cardio.... you can't specifically burn that away, but it will burn off with the right diet and cardio. ha i know i'm not scott but just thought i would share :)
i mean upper body is good but just the lower torse has always been a huge problem for me ... even tho i eat right ! :( guess its genetics and ill never be able to get cut obliques etc =(

@sobhi66 Dude, as long as you don't over-exert yourself, and you use correct form at all times, then no, it isn't bad for ANYONE to lift heavy.
