@relala i wouldn't even say they're generic. generic is all the taylor swift, justin beiber songs, etc. baby i miss you i need you etc. "you take a world full of shit, and made it a little bit kinder" is lyrical beauty compared to most trash today!

Hey man, the problem is you can't recognize when someone is writing what they genuinely feel. There are people who shoot for a style of song and try to write a heartbreak song for the sake of writing a heartbreak song. It's a generic topic, but when someone actually means it and is only writing it because it was what they felt, it's all gold baby.
