Sometimes, "KISS" (keep it simple stupid) is the way to go. I've been amazed at times when the right room meets the right band/mix, how good the live recording was. The people of KICKSVILLE have a GR8 thing going.
@TrukCunningham Funny thing - on this recording, there is no "room" ;-) It was a taping for a TV show, so there was no PA at all. Everything except drums is direct, so no amps either.
