@josephd27 It takes practice to get that. LOL I am wanting to calm people down. The mind works better when we are calm . It is good to be passionate but we can let these passions over ride our common sense sometimes. The way to change the world is to change how we think about things. One mind at a time sometimes. Where the mind goes the body follows. A calm mind leads the body to peace. Be at peace. :)
