I have had severe pain & burning in my head situated where you would place a hair band. I tried everything & nothing worked. Going to the hairdresser was so stressful because after shampooing my hair, that same area burned so bad I would cry.

I was told by a lady who owns a health food store to take iodine pills. Of course, I tried them & after the first day of taking only one pill per day, I have not had a single pain. I hope this will also help my hair loss in the same area. Thank you

um going through the same thing with my hair,i went too the dermatologist but he wasnt a help at all,once he seen that i write thyroid on my application he said that was my problem so if you have any advice for me r any tips r sumthin you know i can take too grow my hair back please help me....thank you

Yes. Dr. Weaver, my dermatologist, prescribed a treatment for my scalp. He said my immune system was attacking the hair follicles at the roots. The treatment worked after 30 days. Now a year later, all of my hair is back and has stopped falling ou.
