Ivins was a patsy. Even if he was involved, I believe he would have done it only at the behest of members of the Bush Crime Family. I can see them couching it as "your country needs your help." "Sometimes sacrificing a few innocent lives is necessary in order to save millions." "And if you don't do it, we will kill you." The timing and the targets fit perfectly into their agenda of passing the Patriot Act.
