4-5, capped off with one of the worst calls I've ever seen. Why in the world would you throw the ball in the end zone when, 1) you have an inexperienced QB, 2) your FG kicker has made his last 18 straight, and 3) you only needed 3 points to win not 6. Brian Kelly for coach of the year!!!!!
Guess it's not Christmas now that ND is 1-3. Looks like the leaders of the team are not buying into Kelly. It will be a tough next few years if that is the case. Perhaps a few good devensive players on the ND roster could transfer over to Michigan.

If they ran every down I can assure you Tate wouldn't have passed for 2050 yards. They definatley took a huge leap from 08 to 09 if youre talking about offense and if the rushing won't make you believe that then look at ppg. In 08 they were averaging about 20. In 09 they averaged roughly 31z
Though I agree nd is in better shape with kelly at the helm,I don't see them going to a bcs bowl, much like michigan I think 6-8 wins would a big step forward with the loss of Tate and clausen.

Thats a one win difference. Besides, we played diiferent teams. So the record really doesnt mean anything. We were definately the better team the day we played you guys. We will be next year too. I honestly like Notre Dame. I love the history and i usually root for them when they are not playing michigan. But my god, some of the fans need to just shut the fuck up.
I know, I was just messing around. I do think Notre Dame played a tougher scheduel though. USC wasn't as good as they usual are but they still had a decent season and were ranked. Same with Pittsburgh and Stanford is good too. Washington wasn't that bad either. The Big Ten is only so so in my opinion lol I wish they were strong like they were back in the day

Look at Rich Rod, he hasn't done anything at all for you guys and most Michigan fans thought he was going to be the savior for your program. Kelly is a great coach trust me man
Actually RichRod gave us the #1 rushing offense in the bigten and the most ppg so thas actually a big step, its just our defense slowed us down, much like Notre Dame. Kelly is a great coach but he does have alot of flaws one of them being the defense. He hasnt had a very good defense anywhere hes coached so in order for Notre Dame to win, thats what he will have to focus on.

Notre Dame put up a lot of points this past season and if the defense was better, I promise that ND would have been a force to be reckoned with, And it is actually pretty easy to have the number one rushing offense in the Big Ten considering Michigan pretty much ran the ball on every play and barely ever threw it.
