  • You're doing great!! I've been on WW here in Philadelphia since November 2010 and I have lost 35lbs... i hit a wall recently though and its such a pain. I'm a musician and do alot of travelling so its hard to eat right and track my points... I hope i break this barrier soon as i have another 80-90 lbs before i reach goal. let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you!! MG

  • @MikeGambleMusic Thats a great loss!! Well done!! The only thing I would say it track religiously and weigh everything if you aren't already. Also just persevere, keep with it and stay positive! Keep me updated!!

  • Hi again, well done on your loss, I know you may be a bit dissapointed but as someone has already said, a loss is a loss and still you are maintaining an amazing weightloss. When I first started watching your vids one of the best things I heard was that maintaing is just as important and the perseverence required!! Think of the 50+ pounds that are still gone..!! You look amazo love... x (I had a good week -3.5, and I think it was all in the tracking..) good luck this week... x

  • A LOSS IS A LOSS NO MATTER HOW SMALL...KEEP THAT IN MIND..ATLEAST YOU DIDN'T GAIN :D..AND IT COULD BE JUST WATER WEIGHT THAT KEPT YOU FROM LOSING MORE AND MAYBE IT WILL SHOW UP ON THE NEXT WEIGH IN

  • See, I'm on the other end of the WW points value. I'm at the maximum allowed for daily (71!!!!!) As soon as I saw that, I knew I was never going to be able to eat all those points. And my WW leader told me that if I'm eating throughout the day and satisfied with less points, then don't try and stuff yourself with more food just to hit your points. So I set my own limit of 50 points and I've been doing well with it so far.

    don't be disappointed by only losing so little. think about it: you've lost SO much since you started and maybe your body just needs a little rest. :) and it's still SO much better than gaining. but you will start losing again, definitely. try to be a little stricter and maybe get some work out? fitness always seems to get my body to get working again, so maybe that can help you, too?

  • Hi! I eat all my 29 points for the day but I only use my weekly points if I have a special occasion or holiday. If I go over for any reason I use my activity points, but I usually never use activity points at all. I know it seems hard to use the full 29,I just bulk it up by using an extra slice of cheese in my egg whites in the morning, nonfat greek yogurt instead of just non fat yogurt, or planning my day and trying a new recipe(ww or hungry girl) to plan my dinner & leftovers next day. :-)
