@Joker25Afro Not necessarily. Those 2 hakis are of different kind. Enel, for example, could use the observation haki, but not the armament one. And the opposite with the Kuja pirates, who can use the armament haki, but not the observation one (except Hancock and her 2 sisters).

I'd rather Haki stay within the monster trio, if anyone else has it then it will just get boring and overused.
