  • @NatWTK protien is really good wen ur trying to lose weight. the best way to lose weight is to diet and exercise. intake of protien helps build muscle (which replace the fat) its really good stuff.. hope that help. and im nt sure abt peas im sure if u go on nutritional websites you can find out abt this.

  • I'm in a nutrition class what I learned and what is interesting to me is that if you cut out dairy... It will help alot, because cows have three or four stomachs and they have that many for a reason! The molecule in the dairy is to big to breakdown or digest so it will turn into sugar... I have cut it out and it's been sooooo hard but so worth it even though I loveee cheese and yogurt!! You should do some research about dairy, I think it could help in loosing the rest of the weight!     ALSO, can you do maybe like an "intro to makeup artistry video".? I'm really good at makeup and it is one of my passions, but I'm not sure where to necissarily start (like getting a lisence or going to school for example) to becoming a professional makeup artist and a video or pointers would surely help.   • I've been dieting and exercising for a little over a month now and it's especially difficult for me as a teenager because my mom buys the food so, in addition to buying food I need, she buys the junk that she likes. I always find myself ignoring bags of potato chips and bottles of soda and things like that. I really wish that my family was more supportive of me and showed it by not keeping those things in the house. They're basically setting me up to fail.

  • Hey Marlene a few things may help. Always eat your string cheese with a small apple or orange. ALWAYS. They cancel each other out that way. A Beverly Hills dietician taught me that years ago. Also I eat almonds every day but note there are 80 calories in about 12. Also, if you want to stay away from chemicals(i.e. Splenda) you can use Stevia but make sure it's not Truvia(still chemicals) it's Raw Stevia(from Trader Joe's I use.) Also, one tablespoon of olive oil is 45 calories so beware. :)

  • @lexxipaul I'm curious how they cancel each other out? I was always told that if you eat anything that is a carb to combine it with a protein or fiber rich food to slow the digestion of the sugars into your bloodstream. It keeps your blood glucose lower and more stable through out the day so you don't have spikes and dips. As far as cancelling goes, calories are calories but you can eat them more wisely if that's what you mean.

  • @kalliumlass thats been a problem for me too but i really love veggies, when i eat at other out i usually eat things that are baked or toasted,because fried food have little or no nutrition and alot of fat even tho most fried food are yummy =) i eat alot of rice (brown rice ) its nutritional and yummy. if you eat meat cut out and visable fat,it doesnt have any nutrition.

  • Great video indeed. But I'm thinking to try diet55program. I heard that program is awesome. I hate when diets are unhealthy, and this program is health based, so that's what I like. I have a friend who use it, and he told me, that program is worth every penny.

  • you should try larabars there is usually only up to 6 natural ingredients and the sugar comes naturally from the fruit in them, my favorite flavors are cashew cookie and coconut cream pie! there's 20 flavors to choose from! btw i love sugar snap peas!

  • I have to stick to a mostly wheat free diet, and for breakfast everyday I eat a fiberone bar, it's only 9g of sugar per bar. (I'm also hypoglycemic so I need a little sugar here and there) I snack on an apple and greek yogurt normally. I will definitely dry some of the snacks in this vid :D

  • Apples and peanut butter are AMAZING!! Cashew nut butter is awesome, too. =D You can also eat apples with hummus. Whole wheat pita bread goes with the hummus also. Delicioussss!!!! It has helped me on my own diet. I've lost 30 lbs doing so. Thanks for the tips on the garbanzo beans. I have some I have been trying to figure out what to do with and chips are always my weakness. Crispy garbanzo beans are the perfect replacement with a savory seasoning.
