@MrJunior480 i wanna say 245/45/zr20, or 245/25/zr20 but its been 2years since i switched to 17s, and i had to put a spring spacer in the back, which mad it all good, well unless u had people riding in the back then it still did over speed bumps and stuff

When I took my 2000 gtp modded to the track alot of people would kind of laugh at my car or ask why im even at the track with a grand prix. After I beat there corvette, mustang, caddillac, bmw, they werent laughing much longer. I only had a 3.8 liter v6 and when I told them that they were saying I have no chance cause they have a big v8. They learnt there lesson!

Hopefully they are still around because they are no longer being made. i wanna get the 00-03 years body style . I llike that style better than the newer ones. The newer ones look cheesy to me.

Grand prix gtp's are one of the most uderrated cars about there power. I had a 2000 gtp with mods, best quarter mile run-12.9 seconds on street tires, hp at the wheels-318, torque at the wheels-393, car went a little bit over 300 km's an hour. It was also my daily driver that got 32 miles to the gallon on the highway. Some guy ran a red light a year ago and hit my car so it got totaled, miss it.

nice prix, however i have to say you must be rolling in doe to be taking your 20s to the track, and 20s would be better for a top speed, not a 1/4 mile track, would get best performance on track if you were running stock 16s

The GTP is perfect for the dragstrip because it has such tall gears that you can brake-torque it and launch it full throttle from a dead stop and unless there's water on the street, it just goes without much wheelspin. And it's automatic so there'sa no driver error involoved. The GTP in this video raced quite a feew cars that were much faster but driver error and bad traction caused them to lose.

i have got rid of the 20's and have 17s now w/ plenty of rubber, and as far as mods.Custom intake, Exhaust(w/U-bend delete and resonator delete)180 T-stat, Auto light 104 plugs ans performance wires,3.4 Supercharger Pulley and Digital Horse Power ECU...ect
