I have seen the same in George - Southern Cape. Seen it twise. My videos are also on Youtube. I believe your video is real.

saw one while walking down to Langebaan lagoon on new year's eve ;) during our vacation.
get to see "them" fly over near my mom's place (here in Carinthia - Austria) very often.

Apparently 100s more were sighted over Cape Town during the DAY on 31st Jan 2011. Just before zooming off, they all formed a triangle.
