Actually, there are a bunch of programs specifically dedicated to ripping songs/videos off of YouTube and other sites, although I'm not sure how legal or moral this is. All you have to do is look up YouTube ripper and you'll come across programs like ripzor, etc. that will rip the songs/videos from the site when you enter the video's web address. After that you can convert the song/video to whatever format you want. Most of the ripping programs are also converters.
