@TheChefAustin lol give here a break? im being honest if truth hurts im not gonna get on here and talk a load of bollox besides she set herslf up comin on here with wrong info i should be lauded for speaking candidly
@TheChefAustin look an omelettes an omellette ,foo yung is fo yung, before i came up here id do my research and not make a gash so on that point alone shes not made a brilliant start to your "she could probably do better than me"foo yung is a piece of piss to make ya cant fail its not rocket science even fro a newbie but there is an art to 'stacking the egg in the wok in quite a lot of oil pushing the egg constaly to centre of wok aka like mixing builders mortar by spade NOT AN OMEL;ETTE
@omgitzdoeB The egg foo young is fuller/plumb because it is deep fried in oil...you can do this in a wok or deep fryer...etc...this is the first time I have seen it made flat like an omelette like most people traditionally know it...maybe she did it this way to make it more palatable to non-chinese viewers...I think this is a healthier alternative and will definitely give it a try :).
every female chef when they demonstrate cooking they are all talk to much.. its to boring and tendency the viewer getting bored and uninterested at all
@kattnapp I tried to cook it on my own and used little salt, a bit of ginger, coriander, then chili, and some self-chopped field garlic. Egg foo young tastes different in different restaurants. I think, there are several alternatives to flavour. What would you and others recommend?
My egg foo young does not look flat when I buy it from a Chinese resturant. Why is that? The egg foo young from the resturant look much fuller. Why is that?
no her accent sounds like a new zealand accent, becasue she say's dish like 'dish', and ozzys would say dish like 'deash'.. so were u brought up in nz??

Is your accent Australian, or Aussie mixed with something?
Seems strange and unfamiliar to me, but I like it :)

@brianboru62 OK I am done, I have much more important matters to attend to. This is getting childish, not how a professional chef acts

Thought Fu young was supposed to be scrambled? I take it she's no chef?
sabbage100 5 months ago
@sabbage100 Egg Fu Yung can be made scrambled or omlet style, it can be better with cilantro or parsley for scramble
RainFireOnYourMom 4 months ago
This is the worst Foo Yung I have ever seen. More of a Spanish Omlette, and not even a good one of those.
But then again, the object of the video was to sell her product 'So Easy', was it not !
