Actually in November 11, 2004 the Victoria Secrets- Angels Across America Tour was in Las Vegas for the 3rd Anniversay of The Palms hotel And the Bellagio did use the pink lights, representing Breast Cancer awareness, during their visit.

Colored fountains usually don't match for a show like this. Plus color filters significantly reduce the amount of light output, and it would not reavch the full height of the fountains.

the pink colour's probably real, since other sources of light (the lamp, main tower, and rail lights) are not similarily pink.
