Thank you for all of your well wishes and excitement for our home. To answer your question, the materials have been about $30,000 so far. I think one could do it for less if they knew what they were doing. We have a concrete slab with radiant pipes as our foundation. And we hope to someday have another kids bedroom~ but we don't know where just yet ;)
Im having fun rearranging all the kids in my house right now ( 1600 sq ft and four kids..one girl 3 boys) How are you going to address privacy issues when they get older ( who is sleeping where?) Just wondering! Lovely home Beautiful layout!
