Xilisoft Converter Ultimate has more formats (most of them that are useless like .aks and stuff like that), but this one has all the most common ones like avi, divx, mp4, mov, wmv, mp4 etc.., plus the HD formats.

It's basically the same as with this, Converter Ultimate just has many more output formats. You go in to format selector and then you have to find HD formats. then select h.264 mpg4 (It'll have a CD shape icon.)
