It's actually on the Namco Virtual Arcade game disc. It has many old arcade classics, including some newer games like Mr. Driller Online, and Pac Man Championship Edition. Check it out, it's inexpensive. It fucking ROCKS!

But cannot ignore the fact that even with it's nostalgia it's only half screen. Namco making this center screen exclusive was not a very bright idea. There should have been an option for full screen, online, and, Achievements for all games included in the compilation.

Also I heard you can only run it off the hard drive. Is this true?

No, the library games like this one are run off the CD. The XBLA games included are also run off the CD but not from the game menu itself, it loads it up in the XBLA menu instead.
