@23forrestgump in theory you would need to get an inverter that can plug into a USB port to convert it to 5VDC to 240VAC (or whatever your country's mains power runs) then plug your machine into the inverter, doing this would probably give you maybe 30mins of uptime as inverters are highly inefficient and desktop PC's draw considerably more power than an iPad or iPhone
