Right sentiment, but the wrong method. They're "using a baseball bat to kill a fly." Too much for too little. Get a grip on reality.

Chimps are neither human nor entitled to a day in court. Austria has animal cruelty laws--make use of them. Suggesting that a chimp is human, thus needing a guardian, demeans the lives of every human child under care. This video is a sad reminder of litigation out of control. It's a ploy for $ for state-sanctioned care = A ship of fools.
